Prof. Ken Chang
MEDIA & TRAINING

Known as the "Father of New Ballads" and hailed as a "Teaching Living Legend" by Singapore's Ministry of Education. Recipient of the COMPASS Outstanding Contribution Award. Has groomed Mandopop stars including JJ Lin, Eric Moo and A-do, and previously served as Executive Chairman of Ocean Butterflies Music and Executive Director of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra.

Lee Jin Tack
MEDIA (KOREA)

An-Dong University graduate who spent six years at SM Entertainment as Artiste Marketing and Management Director before founding his own company. Helped create the first K-Pop group launched out of Singapore, and now oversees casting, training, management and marketing for our Korean entertainment operations.

TRAINING (KOREA)

Founder and CEO of Leety Dance Academy, which he launched in 2015 and grew to 10 branches across Korea before our acquisition in 2025. An award-winning trainer himself, he is now leading our expansion to 100 branches across Asia over the next five years.
